Service Contacts
Include weekly visits to site and drain oil from the plant when necessary, Check all valve stations for leaks and ensure all solenoid coils are in working order, Monthly condenser sweep and clean.
Maintenance Contracts
Full time (10hr/day – Weekdays) Operator on site to ensure all daily readings are taken, daily checks on crucial valves and will ensure any repairs to be done ASAP
Level 8 checks
Include Monthly, 3 Monthly, annual Legionella testing and 3 yearly AIA Certification work is signed off and exempted correctly. This is a 3year Contract which includes oil draining, compressor maintenance, safety checks, Repair reports, extension report, P&ID Updating etc, As per the SANS 10147. This contract also has a 2hr breakdown reaction time within Gauteng, and a 5hr reaction time within Mpumalanga/PTA.
